Pastor Dave graduated from Baptist Bible College (PA) in 1984 where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies.  He's done some post-grad work at the University of Illinois at Springfield.  Currently, he's enrolled in the Mastor of Ministry Graduate program at Moody Bible Institute.

Before coming to Berean in 1992, Pastor Dave helped start a mission church in the suburbs of Chicago as well as working at AWANA ministries headquarters and the Regular Baptist Press/GARBC home office.  He has written numerous articles which have been published by RBP.

Dave serves on the board of Twin Lakes Camp, in Hillsboro, Indiana.

Also an elected official, Pastor Dave serves on the Board of Trustees of the Village of Southern View, the township where Berean is located.

Dave and his wife Cindy have been married for 25 years and have two children, Adam and Emily, both in college.
